For pet people, we know how important our pet's wellbeing is to us. It doesn't matter if you're a dog person or a cat person, a good owner will always take his or her pet's feelings into consideration. Some of us love our pets so much that we give them prince or princess treatment, something we don't even give ourselves. There's so much content out there about people buying steak for their little terrier, but would never spend that kind of money on themselves. Or the person ordering sushi, and giving one piece to their little angel kitty for every bite they take. I once had a boyfriend who would let his cat lick his ice cream spoon after each of his licks, but maybe that's a bit extreme.

To be fair, this woman really did warn everyone to leave her dog alone. I really see both sides of this situation. It wouldn't hurt her to simply tell her dog that it's not okay to bark or snarl at people, but ultimately it's her decision on how to raise her pet.
